IPL: Hardik Pandya fined for slow over-rate

Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya has been fined for slow over-rate in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Pandya was fined for slow over-rate during the match played at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Hardik Pandya will have to pay 1.2 million Indian rupees as fine.
The all-rounder had previously been suspended from the tournament’s opening match in the 2024 season due to slow over-rate penalties.
According to IPL rules, the first breach is only fined financially, while the captain can also be suspended from the match for continuous violations.
