Security forces launch successful operation against terrorists in Balochistan

On April 4, 2025, security forces carried out an intelligence-driven operation in the Buleda area of Kech District Balochistan following reports of terrorist activity.

During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged the terrorists’ location and after an intense fire exchange, two terrorists were sent to hell.

The killed terrorists remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area against the law enforcement agencies as well as the innocent civilians.

Sanitization operation is being conducted to eliminate any other terrorist found in the area, as the security forces of Pakistan, in step with the nation, remain determined to thwart attempts at sabotaging peace, stability and progress of Balochistan.

Earlier, the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir, Nishan-e-Imtiaz (Military) presides over 268th Corps Commanders Conference.

The forum was given a comprehensive briefing on the current situation in the region, challenges facing national security, and Pakistan’s strategy in response to growing threats.

Participants pay tribute to the eternal sacrifices of the martyrs of Pakistan Armed Forces, law enforcement agencies and citizens for the peace and stability of the motherland.

The conference also reviewed the regional and internal security situation in detail.

On the other hand, the smugglers, whose 17,613 mobile phones worth around Rs 500 million were seized by GB Customs in recent weeks, started spreading rumours that these 210 mobile phones were also among the phones seized from them.
They falsely inflated the number of exported phones, presenting it in the thousands.
