Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori wrote a letter to Prime Minister  (PM) of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif regarding Karachi’s development projects.

The governor has requested a grant of Rs 100 billion for development projects in Karachi, the country’s largest city and economic hub.

Regarding this, a list of projects has also been sent to the Prime Minister by the Mayor of Karachi.

Earlier, Tesori had challenged Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab to bring a summary of development projects worth Rs 100 billion, and he would get money from the federal government.

The veteran political figure added that until public problems are resolved, a public court will continue to be set up in the Governor’s House.

Talking to the Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah after visiting the Quaid-e-Azam shrine on the occasion of Pakistan Day, the governor said that Mayor Karachi wrote a letter to give 100 billion rupees. I tell Murad Ali Shah, “You can do fifty-fifty; you give fifty, and I will arrange for fifty.”

On this, the CM said that the Mayor of Karachi and the Governor of Sindh are constantly at odds.
