Founder PTI sisters not arrested, confirms Punjab Minister

Punjab Information Minister Uzma Bukhari has stated that Punjab Police did not arrest any women, including Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s sisters.

Aleema Khan and others obtained an ‘online car service’ from a police vehicle, she and her companions sat in the police van themselves and got off at the Khawaja service station.

She said that the footage shows the truth of this drama, a flop show has been staged to show false sympathy for founder PTI.

Furthermore, the so-called disciples of sedition and riot have arrived outside Adiala Jail to perform their acts of violence.  On one hand, they apologize, and on the other hand, they conspire, even the activists of the sedition movement are fed up with their riotous politics.

Bukhari added that founder PTI is serving sentence in a royal style, and Bushra Bibi is demanding the best facilities despite being given a B-class prison.

Earlier, the police arrested several workers, including Founder PTI’s three sisters, Alia Hamza, and member of the National Assembly (MNA) Shafqat Awan, and Sahibzada Hamid Raza during PTI wokers protest near Adiala Jail after Founder PTI’s Family and leaders were  not allowed to enter.

The news reveals that today is the day of meeting PTI founder and Bushra Bibi at Adiala Jail, her family members reached Adiala Jail to meet Bushra Bibi, including family members Mehrunnisa and Mubashara Sheikh, the family members left for Adiala Jail after receiving permission from the prison authorities.

In this regard, Barrister Ali Zafar, Aaliya Hamza, Nadia Khattak, lawyer Dr. Ali Imran, PTI female worker Razia Sultana, lawyer Zafar Abbas, lawyer Hasnain Sumbal, lawyer Raja Mateen, and founder’s focal person Niazullah Niazi also reached Adiala Jail to meet founder PTI.

 Added to that the vehicle of PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar, Salman Akram Raja and Zaheer Abbas Chaudhry was stopped at a checkpoint some distance from the jail. Later, the three were not allowed to go to the jail even on foot.
