The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has started its latest round of cash payments from June 12, 2025. If you’re a beneficiary, here’s a simple guide to help you collect your payment safely and smoothly.

1. Payment Schedule

• Payments started on June 12, 2025.

• Distribution is happening in 15 districts.

• Payments will be made through Bank of Punjab, JazzCash, or other partner banks, depending on your area.

2. Where to Collect Your Payment

• Campsites are set up in public places like schools, grounds, or community centers.

• These sites provide:

  • Shaded waiting areas

  • Clean drinking water

  • Special seating for elderly and women

  • Security staff to maintain order

3. Who Is Eligible?

You can receive BISP payment if:

• Your NSER score is 32 or below

• Household income is under Rs 25,000–50,000

• No government job in your family

• Priority is given to widows, disabled persons, and jobless individuals

4. Check Your Eligibility First

• Send your 13-digit CNIC to 8171 via SMS

• Or check online at the 8171 portal

• Only visit a campsite if you receive an official confirmation message with location details

5. How the Process Works

1. Show CNIC and confirmation SMS at the gate

2. Biometric verification (fingerprint or facial scan)

3. Get a token for your turn

4. Wait in the shaded area until your token number is called

5. Receive full payment of Rs 13,500 — no cuts, no fees

6. Stay Safe & Avoid Fraud

• Trust only messages from 8171

• Don’t pay anyone for help

• Campsites use biometric checks for secure payment

• Report fraud or complaints to BISP helpline: 0800-26477

7. Tips for a Smooth Visit

• Go early to avoid heat and crowds

• Bring your original CNIC

• Carry a hat/scarf, water, and snacks

8. Other Ways to Get Paid

If you can’t visit a campsite:

• Use a BISP ATM card at HBL or Bank Alfalah

• In some areas, you can get payments via JazzCash or Easypaisa

• Check with your local BISP office to confirm
