Hamas Seeks Pakistan’s Role for Gaza Relief

A telephone conversation took place between Khaled Meshaal, the leader of the Palestinian resistance organization Hamas, and Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the leader of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F).

Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal briefed Maulana Fazlur Rehman on the food and medicine situation in Gaza and appealed to the Pakistani government to play a role and use its influence to open the way for the supply of medicine to Gaza.

On this occasion, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that a meeting of political and religious parties has been called in which they will unanimously make demands from the Pakistani government.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Gaza and Palestine are at the top of the agenda of religious parties.
