Eighteen Indian-Sponsored Terrorists Killed in Two Operations Across Balochistan

30 October, 2025 09:17

Pakistan’s Security Forces have killed 18 Indian-backed terrorists in two separate intelligence-based operations (IBOs) conducted in Balochistan on 28 and 29 October 2025.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the first operation took place in the Chiltan Mountains area of Quetta District after reports of the presence of militants from the Indian proxy group β€œFitna al Hindustan.”

During the fierce exchange of fire, fourteen terrorists were eliminated as Pakistan Army troops effectively targeted their positions. The ISPR confirmed that these terrorists were involved in multiple attacks and subversive activities against the state.

In another successful IBO in the Buleda area of Kech District, four more terrorists were killed when troops raided a hideout used by the same network.

A large cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives was recovered from both sites. These materials were believed to have been used in recent terror attacks planned with foreign support.

The statement said sanitization operations are still in progress to clear the area and hunt down any remaining militants. ISPR reaffirmed that Pakistan’s counter-terrorism campaign under β€œAzm-e-Istehkam”, approved by the Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan, will continue with full momentum to eliminate foreign-sponsored terrorism from the country.

The Pakistan Army and law enforcement agencies remain fully committed to ensuring national security, safeguarding the nation’s borders, and defeating every external attempt to destabilize Pakistan.
