Security forces kill four Indian-sponsored terrorists in Balochistan
Security forces have eliminated four members of Fitna al-Hindustan, a term used for the BLA and other terrorist groups operating in Balochistan with alleged Indian support, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Tuesday.
According to the ISPR, the security forces conducted “an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Kalat district of Balochistan” on the night of November 1, following reports about the presence of terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy Fitna al-Hindustan.
During the operation, troops engaged the terrorists’ location and sent four of them to hell, the ISPR stated. “Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities,” it added.
Meanwhile, on Monday, ISPR Director General Lt-Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that the Taliban regime in Afghanistan had two choices — either take action against terrorists present on Afghan soil or hand them over to Pakistan.
He also highlighted the link between terrorism, crime, and politics, citing the Tirah Valley in Khyber district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as an example, where poppy is cultivated on 12,000 acres of land.
