U.S. Congressional Delegation Meets Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar to Boost Pakistan-U.S. Relations

Islamabad: A bipartisan United States Congressional Delegation (CODEL), comprising Representatives Ryan Zinke and Michael Baumgartner, met with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, in Islamabad on Tuesday to discuss strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation across key sectors.

Welcoming the visiting delegation, Senator Ishaq Dar highlighted the positive momentum in Pakistan-U.S. relations and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to deepening engagement with the United States. He emphasized the importance of enhancing collaboration in areas of mutual interest, including trade, investment, information technology, energy, and economic development.
