Govt forms high-level committee to probe the anchor ‘s murder

The Federal Government has constituted a three-member high-level committee on Tuesday to investigate the murder of senior journalist and anchor person Arshad Sharif.

As per the notification, the committee comprises on investigators from FIA, IB, and ISI.

The investigation team includes ISI Lt Col Saad Ahmed, Deputy Director-General IB Shahid Hamid, and FIA Director Athar Waheed, the notification said.

The foreign ministry and the officials of the Pakistani High Commission in Kenya will assist the team.
