Amitabh Bachchan breaks silence after health scare

Amitabh Bachchan reportedly underwent an angioplasty on Friday after feeling uneasy in breathing. The development soon spread like a wild fire with social media flooded with messages from fans.

However, later a video went viral on social media where he can be seen leaving from the Dadoji Kondadev Stadium during the final of Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) tournament.

When reporters asked about health, he gestured with his hands that everything was fine and the actor seemingly denied hospitalization.

He then leaned in and said, “Fake news”. The actor smiled, nodded and walked away.

The veteran actor came to watch match between Majhi Mumbai and Tigers of Kolkata on Friday night.

His son, Abhishek Bachchan, also attended the match.

Earlier, Times of India reported that the 81-year-old actor was feeling fine after undergoing an angioplasty, which was performed on his leg.

The actor is all set to appear in Nag Ashwin’s upcoming film Kalki 2898 AD, co-starring Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani, Prabhas, and Deepika Padukone.
