Army Chief invites national cricket team to Iftar

Army Chief General Asim Munir has invited the Pakistani cricket team players currently at the Kakul camp for an Iftar.

Sources said that April 7 will be the last day of Pakistani players at the Kakul camp, which will be terminated before April 8.

On the afternoon of April 7, the cricketers will leave for Rawalpindi from Abbottabad, where they will attend an Iftar to be hosted by Army Chief General Asim Munir.

Later, the players will leave for their homes on the night of April 7.

Pakistan cricketers are currently busy at a fitness camp in Pakistan Military Academy in Kakul, Abbottabad, to prepare for the upcoming sporting events.

The 29 members of the national side including returning Mohammad Amir and Imad Wasim are currently busy at the camp.
