PETA urges Salman Khan to remove donkey from Bigg Boss 18 set

Animal rights organization PETA has appealed to Salman Khan, the actor and host of the popular reality show Bigg Boss 18, to intervene.
The request follows a controversy over the presence of a donkey in a show house, which has sparked a backlash in public circles and ethical questions over the treatment of animals.
PETA India has written an open letter to Salman Khan, in which it has appealed to the show’s producers not to use animals as props.
“We have been receiving a large number of complaints from the public, who are deeply concerned about the condition of the donkey in the Bigg Boss house,” the letter read.
It has also been said that including animals in the environment of a TV show can cause stress and mental confusion for them.
PETA has also requested that the donkey be moved to a safe place, so that it can live a peaceful life with other rescued animals.
