FIA arrested PTI senator Saifullah Niazi

PTI Senator Saifullah Niazi has been arrested from outside the gate of Parliament by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). The reason behind the arrest of PTI senator is the website launched for fundraising. 

The sources claim that Saifullah Niazi accused for running an “unapproved” website that provide funds to the party from an illegal sources.

On Thursday morning , FIA also raided at the residence of one of the closed aide of former prime minister Imran Khan and PTI- office bearer Tariq Shafi. Tariq Shafi had been nominated in the case for transferring funds illegally from the foreign countries, the case was registered under money laundering act. During the raid, as per the details police officers seized two mobile phones.

Taking to the twitter account PTI leader Asad Umar and Former Interior Minister Fawad Chaudhry expressed their reservations over the recent raids at party workers houses.
