FM hails Saudi visit of Prime Minister Imran Khan as highly productive.

While talking to the media in Jeddah, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi expressed these views.

Furthermore, the FM noted warmth and cordiality marked the talks between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

He termed Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Saudi Arabia visit highly productive.

He also referred to the important agreements signed with Saudi Arabia.

Under one agreement, he said, the Kingdom will provide $ 500 million to Pakistan from Saudi Development Fund.

Pakistan will use that for infrastructure development and development of water resources and hydropower projects in Pakistan.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi said a Saudi delegation will visit Pakistan after Eid to discuss matters pertaining to the visit of the Saudi Crown Prince and Foreign Minister to Pakistan.

Meanwhile, PM Khan and Crown Prince MBS vowed to further deepen Pakistan Saudi ties.

Prime Minister Imran Khan and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman have affirmed this commitment during ongoing visit of the PM to KSA.

Both sides pledged to further deepen and diversify the existing bilateral political, economic, trade, defence and security ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

The understanding came at their meeting in Jeddah. Therein they held wide ranging talks on bilateral, regional and international issues.
