3. Enter your CNIC number (without dashes).
4. Click “Submit” to see if you’re eligible and validated.

You can also send your CNIC number via SMS to 8171 for an instant update.

Who Can Get BISP in 2025?

To qualify, you need to meet these conditions:

• Your Proxy Means Test (PMT) score should be below the set limit.
• Your household income must be under Rs. 30,000 per month.
• Priority is given to:
  • Widows
  • Orphans
  • People with disabilities
  • Transgender individuals
  • Families without government employees

All information is checked through NADRA and NSER databases.

Payment Schedule for November & December 2025

In November and December, eligible families will receive Rs. 9,000 via official channels like:

• Bank ATMs (with partners like HBL and Bank Alfalah)
• Authorized retail agents
• Mobile wallet apps in some areas
