According to foreign media reports, in an interview with an American television channel, U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance said that the Pakistan-India conflict should be resolved soon, as a clash between two nuclear powers is always concerning.

He further stated that the United States may pursue a diplomatic path, and expressed concern over the Pakistan-India conflict, urging both nations to think calmly and rationally.
J.D. Vance stated that the Pakistan-India war should not escalate into a nuclear conflict, as that would lead to severe consequences.
The U.S. Vice President said that, at the moment, it no longer seems unlikely that the Pakistan-India war could turn into a nuclear war. However, the United States will not intervene in a conflict in which it has no direct involvement.
