21 April, 2026 18:17

US President Donald Trump spoke about the Iran situation during an interview with CNBC. He said that Iran has killed many American soldiers and that hundreds were also injured in Iranian attacks.

He said there is very little time left before the ceasefire ends and made it clear that he does not want to extend it.

Trump expressed confidence that the conflict with Iran will end with a “big deal.” He said the United States is in the best position for negotiations and is handling the situation in the best possible way.

He also stated that the blockade against Iran has been very successful and added that the US is ready for a military solution if needed. Trump warned that military operations could resume if an agreement is not reached soon.

Talking about the Strait of Hormuz, he claimed that it is under complete control. He also mentioned reports about Iran sending representatives, saying earlier there were doubts, but now it appears they may participate in talks.

Trump further claimed that a ship stopped in the Strait of Hormuz might have been carrying goods from China for Iran.

He issued a strong warning that if no agreement is reached within a day or two, the US could take military action again. According to him, Iran has limited options and a major agreement is likely soon.

Overall, Trump showed confidence in both diplomatic and military approaches, saying the situation will ultimately end with a significant deal.
