Lance Naik Sowar MH valiantly defended Pakistan in Zafarwal- Shakargarh Sector during 1971 war.

Notably, his fearless actions and indomitable courage inflicted heavy losses on the enemy.

Specially, he single handedly destroyed 16 Indian Tanks.
