Islamabad United, Peshawar Zalmi announce PSL10 replacements

Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi on Monday announced their replacements for the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 10.

Zalmi signed South African all-rounder George Linde as a full replacement for Corbin Bosch in Diamond Category.

Bosch reportedly ditched the PSL contract for Indian Premier League’s Mumbai Indians.

Meanwhile, Australia’s Alex Carey will be partially replacing South Africa’s Rassie van der Dussen in the Supplementary category for defending champions Islamabad United.

Furthermore, Zalmi have reserved a replacement pick in the Gold category for Nahid Rana.

Similarly, Karachi Kings have also reserve their pick for Bangladesh’s Litton Das, who was picked in Silver category.

Moreover, the replacement picks for New Zealand duo Mark Chapman and Kane Williamson—selected in the Platinum and Supplementary categories, respectively, by Quetta Gladiators and Karachi Kings—have also been reserved.

The tournament is set to commence from April 11, with Islamabad United talking on Lahore Qalandars at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

The six-team tournament will feature a total of 34 matches from April 11 to May 18. Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will host 13 matches, including two Eliminators and the grand final.
