Full Moon Eclipse Visible in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad Tonight

A lunar eclipse will be visible tonight in Pakistan and several parts of the world, according to SUPARCO.

The eclipse will begin at 8:28 PM Pakistan time and will reach its maximum stage at 10:30 PM, when a total lunar eclipse can be observed. The phenomenon will end at 1:55 AM after midnight.

People in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and other cities across the country will be able to witness the celestial event. Across the globe, the eclipse will also be visible in Asia, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Türkiye, China, Africa, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, the UK, and France.

However, experts have confirmed that the lunar eclipse will not be visible in the United States.

Astronomers reassured the public that watching a lunar eclipse is completely safe and does not harm the eyes.
