Under-quarantine pilgrims lodge protest in Sukkur. However, they protested within the premises of quarantine centre.
They protested near the gate and shouted against the officials concerned for alleged maltreatment.
Later, they returned to rooms after Sukkur Mayor, Deputy Commissioner and local Shia Ulema spoke to them.

Earlier, a scholar had complained that they had brought food for the under-quarantine pilgrims but administration had not allowed them.
But Sindh minister Saeed Ghani clarified that they are providing food to the under-quarantine pilgrims.
He said they would not allow others to violate the needed precaution.
Unfortunately, some miscreants disseminate incorrect information to mislead people about the peaceful protest that remained within the premises of quarantine centre.
