Iran Warns US of ‘Devastating Response’ to Any New Attack
In Tehran, Major General Ali Abdullahi, head of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, issued a tough cautionary to the United States, saying any attack on Iran would be encountered with a crucial and severe reaction.
Iranian state media reported, Major General Ali Abdullahi sharply criticized the United States in his statement, calling it the “great devil” and a “criminal, deceitful and treacherous enemy.”
According to Abdullahi, Iran’s armed forces are on full alert and capable of defending the country, adding that any new US attack would be met with a response that would cost the United States far more than previous confrontations.
Major General Abdullahi said that after the failure of recent military clashes, the enemy is now trying to create differences between the Iranian people and leadership, but such efforts will not succeed.
He stressed that the unity between the Iranian armed forces, people and state institutions will be further strengthened in order to effectively confront external pressures and threats.
The Iranian commander said that Iran’s defense strength is the guarantee of peace, security and sovereignty from the south to the north and from the east to the west of the country.
This statement came at a time when tensions between the United States and Iran continue to rise and both countries are taking strong statements and military actions against each other.
On the other hand, there was no immediate reaction from US officials to the Iranian commander’s latest statement. Wildlife
According to defense experts, the ongoing tensions in the region have made the need for a diplomatic solution more urgent than ever, as any new military action could have repercussions for the entire Middle East and global security.
