Iran Submits Over 100 Diplomatic Notes to UN Over US-Israeli Attacks

Gharibabadi said the documentation includes details of flight origins, missile launches, attack timings, targeted sites and impact locations. He added that more than 170 official correspondences had also been prepared by government officials, ministers and institutional heads concerning wartime damage across various sectors. Reports on the attacks on the Shajareh Tayyebeh school in Minab, Lamerd stadium, oil storage facilities, the environment and other infrastructure have also been registered as UN Security Council documents, according to the Iranian official.
On the domestic front, Gharibabadi confirmed that Iran’s judiciary had initiated multiple legal cases related to the conflict. He said the case concerning the Minab school attack had been prepared in Hormozgan, with an indictment issued and the matter referred to court. He further stated that, on the judiciary chief’s orders, cases linked to the 40-day war had been centralised in Tehran to streamline criminal investigations and legal proceedings. Tehran says it intends to pursue accountability through international institutions, judicial forums and foreign courts.
