Over 248870 Corona patients have so far recovered, according to official data.
However, authorities concerned also said the death toll from the virus has reached 5,984.
Only eight new deaths reported over the last twenty four hours.

At least 296 recoveries reported over the last twenty four hours.
That raised the total number of recovered coronavirus patients in the country to 248,873.
This is almost 88.9 percent of the total 280,029 cases reported so far.
According to the latest statistics, now active cases in Pakistan stood at 25,172 .
Three hundred and thirty new cases were reported during the last twenty four hours.
Meanwhile, political leaders have appealed the nation to observe Standard Operating Procedures against Coronavirus during Eid festivities.
They urged them to take care of needy people in this critical juncture.
Leaders of different political parties in their separate tweets, warned of another spike in cases after Eid-ul-Azha if people do not follow the SOPs.
In his message to the nation, Prime Minister Imran Khan also appealed to the nation to observe all SOPs while sacrificing animals and to take special care of the needy and poor on the occasion.
Meanwhile, health experts have asked citizens not to eat too much meat at a time as it can be harmful for their health, especially during current season.
