Sindh announces summer vacation schedule for 2025

The Sindh Education Department has officially announced the summer vacation schedule for 2025, giving students a welcome break as temperatures continue to rise.

All public and private schools in Sindh will remain closed from June 1 to July 31, 2025. Officials have also made it clear that despite the heat, the holidays will not start earlier than scheduled.

Meanwhile, experts are warning about the serious impact of global warming. Pakistan is considered one of the countries most affected by climate change. Unpredictable weather and more frequent natural disasters have pushed both the education and health departments to take timely steps.

Summer vacations are a time for students to relax, visit family, or enjoy hobbies. Big cities like Karachi and Lahore often host cultural events and food festivals during this season.

Many families also head to cooler northern areas like Murree, Swat, or Hunza to escape the intense heat and enjoy the natural beauty.
