Pakistan Cricket Stars Extend Heartfelt Independence Day Greetings
The Pakistan national cricket team, along with its officials, extended warm Independence Day greetings to the nation as the country marked its 78th year of freedom.
Wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan and all-rounder Salman Ali Agha wished the people of Pakistan a happy Independence Day, with Salman encouraging citizens to “celebrate responsibly and keep the country clean.” Captain Babar Azam also joined in, sending heartfelt wishes and reminding everyone to “remember the significance of the day when Pakistan was created.”
White-ball head coach Mike Hesson shared his best wishes from the coaching staff, while star fast bowler Shaheen Afridi, all-rounder Mohammad Nawaz, pacer Hasan Ali, and all-rounder Faheem Ashraf congratulated the nation on the occasion.
