Karachi Board announce 2026 Matric results: Here’s how to check online

The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has announced the 2026 Matric (Class 10) General Group annual examination results for both regular and private students.

Female students secured all three top positions in the exams. Tooba Fatima stood first with 90.27% marks. Amina Asad secured second place with 87.82%, while Safia Munawar came third with 87.73%.

According to the board, 15,446 students registered for the exams. Out of them, 14,749 appeared, while 697 students were absent.

BSEK Chairman Professor Musharraf Ali Rajput appreciated the efforts of board officials, teachers and examination staff for announcing the results on time.

He said the board is introducing modern technology to improve the examination system. A new computerised assessment and e-marking system has also been introduced for Class 9 annual exams to make the checking process faster, more transparent and efficient.

Students can check their results by entering their roll number on the official BSEK websites. They can also contact the board’s helplines for assistance. The board advised students to use only official websites and authentic sources to check their results.

Meanwhile, according to a tentative academic schedule, the Punjab Boards are expected to announce the Class 12 (HSSC-II) results on September 23 and the Class 11 (HSSC-I) results on October 22.

However, these dates are not final, and students have been advised to wait for an official announcement from their respective education boards.
