Summer vacations announced in federal educational institutions

ISLAMABAD: Summer vacations have also been announced in federal government educational institutions after all four provinces.

According to a notification, schools, colleges, model schools, and other federal educational institutions in Islamabad will remain closed from May 25 to July 31, 2026.

The institutions will reopen on August 3, 2026.

During the summer break, heads of institutions and administrative staff will continue office work from 9 am to 1 pm.

The notification also said that coaching classes will be arranged for students of 10th and 11th grades during June and July.

Other activities such as school repairs, training programs, and administrative tasks will also continue during the holidays.

It is worth mentioning that summer vacations have already been announced in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan as well.
