ATC issues non-bailable arrest warrants for PPP MNA Qadir Patel

Karachi- The anti-terroism court (ATC) issued non-bailable capture warrants for PPP MNA Qadir Patel for nonattendance from the court in a case relating to giving wellbeing treatment to terrorists. Earlier, Dr. Asim Hussain, Anees Qaim Khani, Rauf Siddiqui, Waseem Akhtar and Usman Moazzam were produced.

The ATC communicated hatred over the continuous nonappearance of Qadir Patel from the court and requested to issue non-bailable capture warrants for him.
The court condemned the Extraordinary Open Prosecutor GM Bhutto, inquiring him to yield the reports that are already accessible with the court. SP Altaf Hussain told the court that amid the examination, it was uncovered that the case does not relate to the Anti-Terrorism Act.
